Pathfinders is a multi-church ministry committed to teaching and mentoring at-risk inner-city children in the Reno/Sparks area. They serve inner-city kids living in motels, shelters, and foster care. Their purpose is to help the children involved in Pathfinders to know and love Jesus Christ and to put that love into action by making choices that reflect a strong moral character built on Christian principles.

Each Friday night at Sparks Christian Fellowship, upwards of 140 children from kindergarten through high school are served dinner, after which they are split into age groups and are fed the Gospel.

Churches in the area, including Sierra Bible Church, come in and provide the dinner. Weekly volunteers head up the teaching and singing. Twice a year (usually once in the Spring and once in the Fall), we have a group from Sierra Bible Church that serves a meal to the kids on Friday night.
